Job Opportunity:
Susquehanna has a job opening available for an attorney to join our in-house counsel/legal team at our European headquarters in Dublin. The role is to advise on the full range of employment law matters which affect Susquehanna's business across Europe.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing stakeholders from various business functions and knowledge of employment law in Ireland, as well as expertise or experience advising on matters related to other European jurisdictions.
In this position, you will gain insight into Susquehanna's operations while providing legal advice on a broad array of employment-related issues.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing legal guidance on recruiting, hiring procedures, restrictive covenants training performance management separations occupational health and safety; ensuring compliance with relevant laws regulations including those applicable in Ireland corresponding regimes across Europe
