We're on the hunt for a dynamic Van Sales Representative to join a high-performing and well-supported sales team. This role isn't just about delivering products-it's about driving relationships, boosting brand presence, and unlocking new sales potential across a loyal customer base.
What You'll Be Doing
* Hitting the road daily to deliver, sell, and promote a fantastic product range
* Meeting and smashing agreed sales targets and customer visit schedules
* Spotting opportunities for upselling and introducing exciting new lines
* Managing vehicle stock like a pro and ensuring perfect shelf merchandising
* Handling customer queries with speed and professionalism-because you're the expert they rely on
* Keeping your finger on the pulse-reporting customer needs, market insights, and competitor activity
* Placing impactful FSDUs to increase visibility and drive in-store sales
What You Bring to the Road:
* 2 - 5+ years' proven success in sales-van sales experience within FMCG
* A full, clean B category driving licence
* Tech-savvy with handheld sales devices
* A self-starter attitude with natural influencing skills
* Impeccable time management and the ability to work to targets
* Passion for building strong, dependable customer relationships
* A knack for spotting promotional trends and market opportunities
