We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Senior Receptionist to join a well-established and successful hotel team.
This role is central to creating an outstanding first impression and ensuring that all guests enjoy a warm and professional welcome.
You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, playing a key role in daily guest operations, check-in/check-out procedures, and ensuring that all services run smoothly.

Communicate hotel services and facilities to guests in a clear and friendly manner.
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Handle daily cashing and balancing of tills.
Deal with guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
Complete handover briefings to ensure smooth team communication.
Liaise with all relevant departments to coordinate guest needs.
Key Requirements Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Previous hotel reception/front office experience desirable but not essential.
Flexible to work a roster that may include evenings and weekends.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
