About the Role
The business is seeking a proactive Business Manager to oversee daily operations and support the next phase of growth. The Office Manager will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the business, working closely with stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, cost control, and scalable growth.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety and responsibility within a growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily business operations across finance, stock management & dispatch Manage HR activities including staffing scheduling performance & compliance Oversight of stock management scheduling within dispatch operations Conduct risk assessments & oversee quality control procedures Analyze costs margins & operational efficiencies Sales analysis reporting identifying trends opportunities for improvement Support help plan company expansion process improvements Work closely with stakeholders implement strategic operational decisions
Skill Requirements
1.
