About the Role
* We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical support engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
* Investigate and resolve complex technical issues reported by customers or end-users.
* Analyse logs, diagnose problems, and provide solutions using a hands-on approach with hardware and software products.
* Liaise with colleagues based in HQ to secure technical information and solutions as required by customers.
* Ongoing product training on electrical systems including features, configurations, common use cases etc...

The ideal candidate will have:‣ A strong background in Electrical Engineering or IT Communications. ‣ Proven experience in developing deep understanding of electrical systems. ‣ Excellent organizational skills.
