Job Overview
We are seeking a Retail Store Team Leader to support the store manager in leading our team and delivering outstanding customer service. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, ensuring merchandising standards, and promoting a clean and tidy store environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Support the store manager in developing a strong team culture
* Maintain accurate date checking, stock rotation, shrinkage controls, and food safety procedures
* Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless store operations
* Act as a reasonable key holder and protect company assets at all times
* Monitor and maintain stock levels and replenish stock as necessary
* Ensure merchandising standards meet best practice
* Maintain a clean and tidy store environment at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Experience in a similar role or team leader position
* Able to set high standards for team performance
* Good business awareness and commercial acumen
* Ability to provide training and support to team members
* Effective incident management skills
