Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Chef de Partie for one of our clients based in Dingle, Co. Kerry.
Your main responsibility is to be in charge of a specific section in the kitchen, overseeing its operations and ensuring the preparation and presentation of dishes meet quality standards
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie within a hospitality sector.
2. Ability to Multitask and remain organized and flexible.
3. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
5. Exceptional attention to detail with a positive hands on attitude.
6. Be flexible to work a variety of different shifts including mornings evenings and weekends.
