We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Demi Chef de Partie to join a dynamic kitchen team in The City Centre.
In this role, you will assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes within your assigned section.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in your section according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations.
Monitor portion control and minimize waste to support kitchen efficiency.
Work closely with the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to ensure timely service and smooth kitchen operations.
Contribute to the development of new dishes and menu items through suggestions and feedback.
Support junior staff with training and guidance as needed.
Ensure all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned, maintained, and stored.
Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role or a strong commis background in a high-volume or fine-dining kitchen.
Culinary qualification or relevant training preferred.
Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards (e.g., HACCP).
Ability to work effectively as part of a team under pressure.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for food.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
