The 4-star Glenroyal Hotel & Leisure Club is seeking a passionate
Restaurant waiter
to join our vibrant team. Conveniently located just a short stroll from Maynooth town centre and only a 25-minute drive from Dublin City Centre, the Glenroyal Hotel is easily accessible via national rail and bus services.
Role Overview:
As a waiter in our Enclosure Restaurant, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience for lunch and dinner service as well as private functions.
This role requires availability for up to 5 shifts per week predominantly evenings,
you must be available to work mid-week as well as weekends where required.
Main Responsibilities:
Confidently deliver friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of Arkle bar and the Enclosure restaurant area
Manage stock and ensure supplies are replenished as needed
Work with the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant at all times
Working in other food & beverage areas of the hotel as required
Skills & Experience Requirements:
Previous restaurant experience is desired
Passion for delivering excellent customer service
A high level of written & spoken English is required
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts during the week and weekends. Must be able to work late/afternoon/evenings
