Manufacturing Team Leader
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manufacturing Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our manufacturing department.
Job Description
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and experience in managing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meet manufacturing schedules and produce the required volume and product mix.
2. Support problem-solving for plant and equipment to achieve quality and production goals.
3. Achieve productivity, quality, and cost objectives.
4. Contribute to creating work instructions and operations procedures.
5. Complete performance excellence assessments and development plans.
6. Lead efforts to protect human health, safety, and the environment.
7. Ensure compliance with corporate policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Third-level qualification in Engineering Manufacturing Science Business or a trade certificate in Engineering.
* 4 years of experience in a similar environment preferred.
* Experience in strategic gross margin improvement projects.
* Team leadership experience.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
