Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the global talent acquisition strategy and deliver a world-class experience across the business.
This role owns the full employee lifecycle, extending to employer branding, internal mobility, succession planning, and early careers programs in addition to managing HR-related tasks.
* Lead full-cycle recruitment for all regions, from role scoping to offer management.
* Build strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor on talent needs.
* Define and maintain best-practice hiring and interviewing processes, templates, and guides.
* Evaluate and manage relationships with recruitment agencies and sourcing tools.
* Design and launch an internship and graduate program in Ireland aligned with business growth areas.
* Build partnerships with universities and external providers to attract early-career talent.
* Collaborate with Head of HR on talent review discussions to support career development and planning.
* Provide coaching, development, and performance oversight for junior members of the HR team.
* Contribute to HR strategic initiatives, including DEI, workforce planning, and candidate experience.
* Monitor recruitment metrics and report on talent KPIs to the Head of HR.
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in HR or Talent Acquisition, with 3+ years' experience in-house with end-to-end recruitment.
* Experience working in a global organization.
* Experience of developing employer branding and social recruitment strategies.
* Proven ability to develop early careers programs (internships, graduate intake, etc.).
* Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across functions and regions.
* Prior experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills across all levels of the business.
* Experience developing and maintaining recruitment metrics and KPIs.
