Permanent Whole Time Posts UCC wishes to appoint two suitable individuals to the role of Practice Education Tutor in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. Reporting to the Head of School of Food and Nutritional Sciences. This is an exciting opportunity to make a substantial contribution to the delivery of the MSc programme in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at University College Cork and inspire the workforce of the future. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates, who have relevant experience at clinical level, to develop the capacity and quality of the practice education programme for the MSc Human Nutrition and Dietetics programme. As a member of the team, you will contribute to the ongoing development of practice placement opportunities for students and coordinate the scheduling of teaching at all practice placement sites. The successful candidates will be required to provide academic support (including tutorials) to the MSc students while they are on placement as well as induct any new hospital staff and refresh existing hospital staff of the requirements within the programme and the role of the practice tutor within the department.
