Electrical QC Lead – Data Centre Project (Gävle, Sweden)
We're recruiting an experienced
Electrical QC Lead
to join a large-scale data centre project in Gävle, Sweden, working with a leading Tier 1 M&E contractor. This role provides technical leadership to ensure quality compliance from construction through system handover, supporting complex, first-of-a-kind installations.
Key highlights:
* Lead and manage electrical quality control activities, system walkdowns, and inspections
* Develop and implement Project Quality Plans and ITPs
* Collaborate with engineering, commissioning, EHS, supply chain, and client teams
* Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and snag closure ahead of W1/W2/W3
* Oversee on-site and off-site manufacturing (OSM) quality processes
Requirements:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
* 5+ years' experience in quality management (data centre or complex projects preferred)
* Strong knowledge of industry standards and quality systems
* ISO 9001 Internal/Lead Auditor certification
* Proven leadership in audits, risk mitigation, and corrective actions
Package:
* €6,000 net per month (DOE)
* 3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation
* Return flights, shared accommodation & car provided
