We are looking for an Facilities Administrator to join our team in Kilkenny on a full-time basisWorking pattern: Monday- Thursday from 08.00 to 16.30 and Friday from Main duties and responsibilitiesAdministrative Support to the Department including data entry into software, document production, photocopying and general supportPreparation of PowerPoint presentations for meeting when requiredCollecting, analysing and reporting on accident information and Audits and inspection programme resultsProduce reportsEnter Data (e.g training records, inspections) into online systemsScheduling external trainingMaintaining various files for the departmentEnsure that all paperwork is filed neat and tidy and in the appropriate locationFollow up on all incoming documentation and information to support effective close out of all open / outstanding worksCarry out general tasks in Word/Excel and power point as requiredPreparation of PowerPoint presentations for meeting when requiredQualifications and experience:Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsUnderstand safe working practices and health and safety legislationAbility to work on his/her ownWell-organised and capable of prioritising own workFlexible, honest and reliableEfficiency is a prerequisite for the roleWe are looking forward to hearing from you
