PA to Director of People & Culture in Dublin
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of People & Culture and the wider leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as primary point of contact for internal and external queries for the People and Culture Leadership Team.
* Manage full diary for the Director, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and organising meetings.
* Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
* Manage ad-hoc projects, including scheduling meetings and tracking project progress.
* Maintain staff attendance records and manage income protection applications.
* Act as Super User for policy management software, ensuring HR policies are updated and complied with.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as PA/EA at senior level.
* Experience in managing projects and events in complex stakeholder environment.
* Competent in Microsoft Office and familiar with range of communication solutions.
* Excellent organisational skills with high degree of efficiency and attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in team environment and maintain professional working relationships.
