We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Health and Safety team as a Chemical Advisor.
This role is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for employees by implementing and maintaining safety protocols and procedures.
Key responsibilities include developing and enforcing health and safety policies, conducting risk assessments and investigations, providing training on health and safety practices, and managing legal compliance.

The successful candidate will work closely with department managers to develop Work Instructions, Procedures, and Risk Assessments.
Maintaining and updating relevant H&S documentation for the company is also a critical aspect of this role.
Requirements
* Educated to degree level in chemistry or related discipline
* Or 3 years' experience in a similar role
* IOSH/ NEBOSH qualification or willing to work towards
Eligibility to work within the UK is essential. Desirable skills include previous experience with Bio-Safety, CoSHH, conducting Risk Assessments, giving Oral Presentations, and writing Material Safety Data sheets.
