* Self-generate leads, appointments, and referrals through proactive outreach.
* Attend and close sales appointments set by Telemarketing and your own efforts.
* Collaborate with the Head of Seminars to craft and execute quarterly plans.
* Build relationships with referral partners and potential introducers.
* Achieve quarterly sales targets while managing your pipeline with precision.
Qualifications
* 2+ years of proven success in a B2B sales environment.
* Confidence in value-based and consultative selling approaches.
* Ability to connect with diverse audiences, from Business Owners to HR Managers and Boards of Directors.
