ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSAssist in the resolution of technical support issues for server hardware and software.Maintain, monitor and troubleshoot physical and virtual server infrastructure.Maintain, monitor and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server environment.Maintain, monitor and troubleshoot storage arrays and related devices.Maintain, monitor and troubleshoot network based services: File and Print services, Email, Active Directory, DHCP/DNS/WINSMaintain, monitor, and troubleshoot messaging and meeting systems: conference room equipment, audio/video conferencing, etc.Administer, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot Azure VM environment.Perform additional tasks as requested, including but not limited to:Data backupsDisaster recoveryRecommendation, testing and procurement of IT related hardware and softwareDocument systems and processesRecommend and effect policyServe as main escalation point for systems related issues.Other duties as assigned.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSJob may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.Job requires the ability to use vision, adjust focus and work on a standard computer screen.Use of audio-visual equipment is required.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
