Salary: to €58K depending on experience Benefits: Pension, Bonus, Healthcare, Gym, Travel Tax Incentives, Bike to Work, Canteen Overall Package: to €70k Key duties: Providing extensive diary and email inbox management with meticulous attention to detail.
Preparation of reports and formatting of lengthy documents Coordinate business travel for the Head of Department and the senior Fee Earners All administration support including preparing PowerPoint Presentations Point of contact for all internal queries and managing responses in a professional and timely manner.
Co-ordinate external events and expenses for the Team.
To maintain well ordered files and folder structures on projects To assist the team with other ad-hoc admin and project requirements Advanced IT skills including Microsoft Outlook The Candidate: Previous experience as an EA supporting senior staff, preferably within Legal or professional environment Extensive Diary and Travel Management experience.
