OverviewOur client, a Law Firm based in Dublin 13 is looking for a Legal Executive with experience in Property to join their team. The role will suit someone with 3-5 years’ experience working within residential conveyancing. Experience in Probate would also be beneficial. This is a fully office-based position. Call Emma Skelton on 01 845 6302 if you require more information.Salary: up to €52k DOETotal Package: to €60kDutiesManaging residential conveyancing files from instruction through to post-completion, under solicitor supervision.Drafting and reviewing contracts for sale, replies to requisitions, and supporting conveyancing documentation.Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and financial institutions to progress property transactions.Ordering and reviewing property searches, planning searches, and title documents.Preparing closing documentation, including closing statements and completion packs.Handling Land Registry and Registry of Deeds applications and ensuring correct registration of title.Preparing and submitting stamp duty returns through the Revenue system (eStamping).Assisting with mortgage documentation, loan packs, and lender requirements.Managing client files, deadlines, and compliance requirements in line with Law Society regulations.Conducting title checks and raising requisitions where necessary.Maintaining regular client updates and progress reports throughout the conveyancing process.Handling post-completion matters, including registration and file closing procedures.RequirementsA minimum of 3 years recent conveyancing/property experience.An ability to understand and appreciate real estate practices.An ability to work in a demanding environment and to handle deadlines.Very good communications and interpersonal skills and good ability in client service.A high level of motivation and an ability to act on one’s own initiative.
