Job Title: Site Maintenance Coordinator
We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our maintenance team as a site coordinator. The role involves scheduling and coordinating the management of all on-site maintenance activities, liaising with external contractors for repairs, and managing daily tasks with the maintenance team.
Responsibilities:
* Follow all health and safety regulations in the plant, reporting any hazards or potential hazards to your manager immediately
* Schedule downtime windows for maintenance work, allocate manpower, and resources for safe completion of works
* Prioritize work orders to individual crafts, including preventive maintenance (PM) and demand maintenance (DM)
* Liaise with production teams to ensure smooth operations during scheduled downtimes
* Maintain equipment history records, control inventory levels, and complete change control requests when necessary
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for equipment reliability and departmental performance
