Who We're Looking for
We require instructors who are competent, compassionate, and appropriately qualified.
It is preferred if you have prior group learning facilitation experience.
For candidates, communication skills like active listening, providing and receiving feedback, and expressing expectations effectively are crucial.
The Westport Adventure Team's employees must have a positive attitude, be adaptable, and be humorous.

Job Description
A typical workday includes: Getting ready for an action session, Getting to know and welcoming visitors, Providing an enjoyable, secure, and instructive session, Following optimal practices and H&S regulations, adapting with the weather, supervision of residents and groups.

We will be opening again in February ****, and a successful candidate will be welcome to join our team again at that point.
