Our client is currently seeking a Human Resources Advisory to support the HR Team based in Dublin on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities
Support core concepts such as career management, performance achievement and compensation
Work with managers and the wider team to understand Employee Relations and Employment Law
Coaching
Supporting broader team across HR with day to day activities
Consolidate and validate complex data, using Excel
Creating visually interesting and well-organized presentations
Qualifications
Excellent understanding of Employee Relations and Ireland Employment Law
Skilled in Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)
Skilled in PowerPoint
Excellent communication (written and oral)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong team leadership experience
Innovative, creative mindset focused on efficient process operations and continuous process improvement
