PwC Ireland is seeking a Deals Corporate Finance Manager to join our Capital Projects & Infrastructure Financial Advisory team in Dublin. Our team has grown significantly over the past three years, working on major infrastructure projects across transport, energy, renewables, healthcare, and housing sectors. We offer services including infrastructure strategy, business case advice, financial advisory, procurement, governance, M&A, and financing.

Role overview
As a Deals Corporate Finance Manager, you will work within a team to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution, collaborating with public and private sector clients across various sectors.
Key responsibilities
* Engage with clients across transport, energy, renewables, healthcare, and housing sectors
* Advise on infrastructure lifecycle from feasibility to operations, ensuring sustained outcomes
Ideal candidate profile
* Degree in finance or accounting with approximately 7 years' experience (minimum 2 years PQE), passionate about continuous learning
* Experience providing strategic financial advice on capital and infrastructure projects
* Knowledge in areas such as M&A, project viability, financial structuring, procurement, governance, and industry trends
