Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Coordinator & Marketing Administrator to support daily operations and marketing efforts. This role is central to coordinating schedules, managing customer communication, handling administrative tasks, and supporting marketing activities through and other channels to grow the market, along with supporting the 100+ clients we service.
Key Responsibilities-Job Description:
Administrative & Office Support
* Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
* Schedule existing clients and coordinate solar panel cleaning appointments
* Maintain customer records, service logs, and digital files
* Prepare invoices, estimates, and basic reports
* Coordinate schedules and communication with field technicians
* Grow Customer Base via online presence
Marketing & Customer Outreach
* Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional efforts
* Manage and update social media accounts (posting, responding to messages)
* Send follow-up emails and text messages to customers
* Request and manage online reviews (Google, Yelp, etc.)
* Help update website content, promotions, and service descriptions
Qualifications
* Previous experience in coordination, administration, customer service, or marketing preferred- SOLAR INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE SHORTLISTED
* Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills-Attention to Detail
* Comfortable using computers, websites, email, and spreadsheets
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities
* Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
Preferred Skills
* Experience with social media platforms and basic marketing tools
* Attention to Detail is a must
* Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, or small business growth
* Background in Solar Energy strongly preferred
