My client, a leading main contractor in Drogheda, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their large-scale housing project.Have you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates.This role provides the opportunity to lead a significant development with a top-tier contractor and be part of a team with a strong pipeline of upcoming projects in the area.Key Responsibilities: Assist the Project Manager in the day-to-day management of the residential construction project.Monitor and report on project progress, quality, and safety compliance.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure timely completion of works.Support procurement of materials and manage site documentation.Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations on site.Project reporting and site meetings with stakeholders.Requirements: Previous Site Management experience, preferably in the residential sector Strong organisational and communication skills.Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules.Knowledge of health & safety regulations.Benefits: Competitive salary €70k
