Director Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Director to join our multinational organisation in Cork.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a team of finance professionals overseeing order management, credit management, billing, cash application, and collections.
* Implement process improvements that enhance both the internal and external customer experience.
* Partner with Sales and Operations to ensure efficient processing and fulfillment of customer orders.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance or related discipline; professional accounting qualification highly desirable.
* Minimum 15 years' experience in Finance, preferably within Order-to-Cash (OTC) function, demonstrating increasing responsibility across key areas.
* At least 5 years in senior leadership role, managing global teams and driving strategic initiatives.
