Project Manager
Job Location: Dublin
Sector: Civil
INFORM3 are currently recruiting for a Project Manager for a large Civils Contractor undertaking Irish Water based projects throughout Dublin.
The successful candidates will join a highly-reputable and fast-growing Civils Contractor that has over 35 years’ experience in the construction industry. The client is seeking candidates with strong civil backgrounds and proven experience leading civil teams and managing projects from conception to completion.
Project Manager Job Role:
* Oversee structural activity and staff
* Manage sub-contractors, labourers and staff
* Able to multi-task and mentor Junior Engineers
* Ordering in materials
* Assist in controlling traffic on-site
* Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel.
* Attend weekly meetings to update senior management, clients and directors on the progress of the project.
* Supervise works and check the quality of works to ensure they are of a high standard.
* Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations and ensure the site team adheres to them also.
* Co-ordinate site meetings
Project Manager Job Requirements:
* 7+ Years relevant experience
* Communication skills and ability to work well within a team
* Previous civils experience
* Civil Engineer/Construction Management Degree
* Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
