Partnerships Growth Manager
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding value within our portfolio of existing partnerships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deepen engagement, drive revenue growth, and deliver mutual success with our strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities:
* Owning and managing existing partnerships: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of established partners, ensuring alignment on goals, performance metrics, and joint value creation.
* Driving joint growth initiatives: Identify and implement opportunities to drive revenue through co-selling, co-marketing, product integrations, and service enhancements.
* Performance monitoring: Track and report on partner performance using agreed KPIs. Deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic plans for each partner.
* Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve partner issues, streamline processes, and deliver an exceptional partner experience.
* Renewals & Upsells: Proactively manage partner lifecycle including renewals, contract expansions, and identifying new commercial opportunities.
* Strategic planning: Contribute to partner strategy development, helping prioritize resource allocation and optimize return on partnership investments.
* Market feedback loop: Act as the voice of the partner, delivering actionable feedback to internal teams to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements:
* 3–6 years experience in partner management, business development, or strategic account management in the SaaS or Fintech industry.
* Proven success in managing and growing existing partner relationships.
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue impact through partnerships.
* Familiarity with partner incentive structures and joint marketing campaigns.
* Exposure to API-driven product integrations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
* Comfortable working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
* Experience with partner platforms, CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), and reporting tools.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
* Experience working with system integrators, ISVs, or embedded finance solutions is a plus.
