Key Responsibilities:
* Process and verify a wide range of dealing transactions through internal systems, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes that enhance operational efficiency
* Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skills development
* Develop and disseminate new procedures and controls, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational standards
* Execute complex tasks with significant financial, client, and/or business impact, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Interact with senior management and committees as required, serving as a subject matter expert and thought leader
* Supervise daily operational activities, overseeing the work of junior level employees and providing coaching and feedback as needed
* Maintain technical expertise in area of specialization, while developing broader knowledge of organizational functions and processes
* Deliver high-quality work products with minimal revision requirements
* Facilitate discussions and decision-making processes, promoting collaboration and effective communication
