Celtic Careers has partnered with our client, based in City West, Dublin 24, whoare looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Advisor to join their team within their Finance department.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with numbers, and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and internal systems Support finance operations, including billing, queries, reconciliations, and data processing Accurately maintain and update financial records Investigate and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with colleagues across the finance team and other departments Produce reports and analyse data using Excel (including formulas, lookups, and data manipulation) Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures About You: Wed love to hear from you if you have: Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) Excellent teamwork and communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Proven customer service experience, ideally in a finance or administrative environment Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organised with strong interpersonal skills and have 2 years experience in a similar role.
