An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Employment Solicitor (2–5 years’ PQE) to join the highly regarded Employment team of a prestigious commercial law firm.
This role offers the chance to work with a top-tier legal practice, advising an impressive portfolio of domestic and international clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative, high-performing team delivering strategic, commercially focused legal solutions to major employers, financial institutions, and multinational organisations.
Key Responsibilities
Advising employers on: Disciplinary and grievance procedures Redundancy and restructuring Employment contracts and executive agreements Workplace policies and compliance TUPE transfers Equality and discrimination matters Managing employment tribunal and workplace relations litigation Supporting corporate transactions on employment matters Advising on senior executive exits and negotiations Building strong client relationships Working closely with partners on complex matters Participating in business development initiatives Essential Skills and Experience
Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland, Ireland, or England & Wales 2–5 years’ PQE in employment law Strong technical employment law expertise Experience within a reputable commercial or specialist practice Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills Strong commercial awareness Ability to manage a busy caseload Proactive and collaborative approach What’s on Offer
