Senior Packaging Lead
This role encompasses strategic planning and execution of new product development and commercialization initiatives, as well as modifications to existing products.
The ideal candidate will possess a third-level qualification in science or engineering and six years of prior experience in sterile packaging system design and validation.
* Plan and direct cross-functional projects for new product introduction and changes to existing products.
* Suggest novel packaging materials, equipment, and suppliers.
* Develop and validate sterile packaging and labeling systems and equipment.
* Ensure adherence to and monitor updates on packaging regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of projects related to new product development and commercialization.
* Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve processes related to packaging system development and validation.
* Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with regulatory requirements and ensure that all packaging systems and processes are compliant.
Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (science, engineering, etc.)
* Experience: At least six years of experience in sterile packaging system development and validation.
