Project Estimator and Cost Manager
The primary objective of this role is to oversee the accurate estimation, cost control, and financial management of construction projects.
This involves regular site visits for client meetings, negotiations with subcontractors, and inspections, as well as occasional travel to support project teams.
* Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities for Civils operations.
* Develop commercial and contractual awareness amongst project teams according to T&C.
* Support setting up and uploading commercial performance targets in the company system.
* Collaborate with the procurement team to source cost-effective resources (material, equipment, and contractor).
