* We are seeking an experienced professional to assume the role of Project Readiness Lead in a medical device manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities and technical writing expertise to manage Project Readiness deliverables through cross-functional teams for medium to large-scale projects involving new or existing equipment.
In this capacity, they will work closely with project leaders and sponsors to ensure seamless communication flow between team members. Additionally, the successful candidate must be able to identify risks or roadblocks early on and implement mitigation strategies accordingly. Utilizing industry-standard tools such as Microsoft Project and FPX is essential in ensuring timely delivery of all milestones.
1. Required qualifications include relevant 3rd level degree with a focus on technical subjects;
2. Suitable experience within Medical Devices with specific knowledge related primarily with managing critical care solutions;
3.
