In this vital commercial role, you'll utilize your technical expertise and clientengagement skills to uncover and cultivate new business opportunities. This includesunderstanding client infrastructure and lifecycle complexities to propose strategicservice solutions that advance their operational and sustainability aims. The idealcandidate will be commercially driven and possess a background in technical sales, ITservices, electronics, or managed lifecycle solutions.Key Responsibilities:Technical Sales & Solution Development:• Proactively engage with prospective clients to thoroughly understand their ITasset management, decommissioning, and compliance requirements.• Leverage your expertise to provide consultative sales support, recommending SKtes' comprehensive suite of services (ITAD, data destruction, reverse logistics,battery recycling, secure chain-of-custody) to deliver optimal solutions forprospective clients.• Work in tandem with operations, compliance, and client solutions teams tojointly scope technical service delivery and formulate viable, efficient solutionsfor clients.Business Development:• Drive new business growth by actively identifying and rigorously qualifyingopportunities generated through outbound prospecting efforts, inbound leadmanagement, and cultivation of industry network connections.• This role involves engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, including ITmanagers, procurement leads, facilities teams, and sustainability professionals.• Develop and deliver compelling proposals, RFP responses, and commercialquotes, underpinned by a strong technical understanding of the proposedsolutions.Client Relationship & Support:• Provide expert technical guidance to clients as the key point of contactthroughout the pre-sales and onboarding stages.• Take ownership of the client handover process to service delivery, guaranteeingthat all technical requirements are accurately understood and comprehensivelydocumented.• Maintain strong post-sale relationships with clients to uncover growth potentialand ensure sustained value delivery.Market Intelligence & Strategy:• Maintain a strong understanding of the latest developments in ITAD, circular IT,battery recycling, and sustainability frameworks to effectively support clientneeds and drive business growth.• Proactively provide input on product and service enhancements, driven by adeep understanding of client feedback and evolving market demands.• Actively represent SK tes at client meetings, industry events, and relevanttechnical forums.Requirements:• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, business development,or solution consulting, with preference given to candidates with experience in ITservices, hardware, electronics, managed services, or recycling.• Proven understanding of IT infrastructure, lifecycle management, andcompliance requirements, with the ability to apply this knowledge to clientsolutions.• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translatecomplex services into client-ready solutions.• Strong skills in RFP analysis, proposal development, and leading technical clientpresentations and discussions.• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a sales pipeline, prioritize tasks,and drive deals to successful completion.• A strong passion for sustainability, the circular economy, or green technology ishighly desirable.What We Offer:• Competitive base salary + performance commission.• Opportunity to work at the intersection of tech, sustainability, and innovation.• A supportive, knowledgeable team and access to global expertise.• Ongoing training and career growth opportunities.• Hybrid/flexible working with a strong purpose-driven mission.
