* Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be a key member of the leadership team and will play a significant role across all business operations and help to ensure ongoing growth and further success of the organisation.
Responsibilities:

* The design and implementation of operations strategies, overseeing H&S and facilities management activities, delivering on-site commercial goals, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, coordinating on-the-ground marketing plans, engaging proactively with key customers and stakeholders, taking ownership of budgets, leading infrastructure projects, managing direct reports, and delivering KPI reports to the executive team on a regular basis.
Requirements:

* 3rd level degree qualified ideally in a relevant discipline.
* 3-4+ years experience in a operations management/leadership role.
* Experience gained in a travel, tourism or hospitality-focused environment would be a significant advantage.
* Proven experience in leading and motivating diverse teams.
* Strong IT knowledge, ability to multi-task, and engage with people at all levels.
