Property Assistant
We are seeking a skilled Property Assistant to join our team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing the repairs and maintenance of our property portfolio.
You will work closely with the Property Manager to assist in the day-to-day works, including managing supplier contracts and maintenance schedules.
* Manage external maintenance and facilities supplier relationships.
* Oversee all maintenance contracts.
* Register all properties to the rates authority.
