Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Manager 3 to join our team in Cork Residential Services for Older Persons.
About the Role
This permanent, whole-time position is based at St Finbarr's Hospital Campus, Cork and involves managing clinical teams to deliver high-quality care services to older adults.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical leadership and management of nursing teams
2. Daily operational management of wards/services including staff supervision and support
3. Safe delivery of patient care according to agreed policies and procedures
4. Participation in quality improvement initiatives across the service area as appropriate
