POSITION OVERVIEW
KKR seeks a strategic, results‑driven professional to join the firm’s Talent Acquisition (TA) team as a Senior Professional based in Dublin.
This person will support the strategic optimization of our end‑to‑end recruiting process with a primary focus on serving as Greenhouse system administrator and supporting projects that streamline the Talent Acquisition function. The Senior Professional will join at a transformational time to support the evolution of TA systems, tools, workflows, and processes to enhance candidate experience, eliminate friction from the hiring process and enable structured hiring practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES
ATS Administration and TA Tools
* Serve as primary Greenhouse system administrator, including end user support, training, troubleshooting technical issues, and launching enhancement releases.
* Support the TA Operations lead in developing recruiting best practices with focus on scalability and automation for the entire recruitment lifecycle.
* Partner with HC Technology teams to resolve system bugs, integration issues, and suggest enhancements for improved functionality.
* Troubleshoot technical and workflow issues related to ATS, Workday, and other internal platforms.
* Contribute to TA technology strategy through evaluation and research of emerging TA systems and tools.
Process Management and Operational Efficiency
* Author and ensure all TA standard operational procedure (SOP) documents are up‑to‑date and readily available for stakeholders.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation and help develop and deliver internal training materials for users.
* Communicate and ensure adherence to TA compliance requirements with focus on reporting, auditing, and escalation of any known issues.
* Perform regularly scheduled process and system audits to ensure consistency and accuracy.
* Proactively identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose scalable solutions.
* Ensure data integrity and maintain controls within applicant tracking systems.
* Support special recruiting projects and initiatives to ensure business needs are met.
Analytics and Reporting
* Drive the creation of relevant analytics and reporting for individual business needs, quarterly business reviews, and executive dashboards.
* Make recommendations for critical TA metrics to measure the effectiveness of the recruiting process and inform strategic decisions.
* Track and analyze operational data to improve recruiting effectiveness and identify trends.
* Manage the delivery of recurring reports and success metrics suite.
* Perform ongoing reconciliations and audits of TA data to ensure data integrity as well as make recommendations to identify and eliminate data inconsistencies.
* Support ad‑hoc report requests from key stakeholders.
* Partner closely with the People Analytics team on data quality and firmwide data initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
* 4‑6 years of experience in talent acquisition operations, HR systems, or related strategic roles with demonstrated collaboration and execution capabilities.
* Bachelor’s degree required; experience in financial services or professional services environment preferred.
* Must have advanced site administration in Greenhouse as well as experience working with HRIS platforms (preferably Workday), including enterprise‑level implementations and integrations.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with proven experience presenting to senior leadership and C‑suite executives.
* Strong proficiency in data analysis, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (desired).
* Superior project management and change management experience with ability to support cross‑functional initiatives and organizational transformation.
* Proven analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to synthesize complex information, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
* Demonstrated ability to optimize systems, processes, and programs through strategic thinking and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Team player with ability to develop relationships and collaborate with individuals across all levels.
* Proven experience handling highly confidential candidate data with demonstrated ability to maintain security controls, data access protocols, and compliance standards.
