About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Production Manager to join our small team and oversee the day-to-day operations involved in producing and dispatching our Power Balls. This role is suited to someone who enjoys working in a small food production environment, takes pride in quality, and can balance leadership with practical, hands-on work.
What You will Do
Production & Operations (Friday–Sunday)
* Lead and participate in the production of Power Balls to meet daily and weekly targets.
* Ensure products are made to consistent standards of quality and presentation.
* Oversee the workflow during production to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
* Maintain accurate records of production quantities and stock levels.
* Maintain our high standards of cleanliness by ensuring all work areas, tools, and equipment are cleaned and cared for throughout and at the end of each shift.
Shipping & Order Dispatch (Monday)
* Organise, pack and prepare wholesale orders for delivery and shipping.
* Check all orders for accuracy and presentation before dispatch.
* Review inventory and place orders for any required ingredients, packaging or supplies.
* Reset and restock the workspace in preparation for the next production cycle.
Food Safety & Hygiene
* Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic working environment at all times.
* Follow food safety standards, including correct handling, storage, labelling and temperature control.
* Take responsibility for maintaining our high hygiene standards by completing and delegating daily, weekly, and end-of-day cleaning tasks to ensure full compliance.
Stock & Supplies
* Monitor stock levels of ingredients, packaging and cleaning materials.
* Monitor inventory and take responsibility for ordering required ingredients, packaging and supplies.
* Ensure items are stored properly and used within safe timeframes.
Team Support & Communication
* Work closely with and lead a small team in a positive and respectful way.
* Assist with training new team members in general procedures and hygiene practices.
* Communicate clearly with management about production progress or issues.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From €15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
