Human Resources Director
Overview of the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a Senior HR Client Services Manager. In this key role, you will provide expert advice and support to clients across various sectors, utilizing your knowledge of employee relations and employment law.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Advise and support clients on HR-related matters, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
3. Foster strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and a deep understanding of their business objectives.
4. Design and deliver engaging training programs on key HR topics, catering to both remote and in-person audiences.
5. Identify potential issues or project risks, proactively addressing client concerns and scope changes.
6. Collaborate closely with service delivery teams to communicate client needs and support the implementation of agreed improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A primary degree in Human Resources or a related field is essential.
* A minimum of 5+ years of relevant HR/employment law experience within a busy HR/legal environment or HR consulting practice is required.
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR practices is mandatory.
