Job Description
Ensure timely management and recording of referrals on the patient administration system in accordance with established guidelines.
* Act as liaison between clinical team and patients, providing support and cover to administration teams as directed.
* Liaise with admissions, medical records, and clinical teams at Tallaght Hospital and hospital network.

* Record and manage referrals received from patients and healthcare professionals.
* Act as liaison between clinical teams and patients, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.
* Provide administrative support to outsourcing teams, including arranging meetings and taking minutes as required.
* Collaborate with admissions, medical records, and clinical teams to ensure efficient transfer of information.
