Catering Supervisor Role Overview
Compass Group Ireland is recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor in the Damastown area who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and can confidently oversee all catering operations on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of catering experience, managing teams in a similar role, holding a Basic Food Hygiene certificate, excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ensure that front-of-house areas are clean, tidy and attractive during opening times.
* Place orders for stock to maintain correct levels.
* Check and put away all deliveries promptly and correctly.
The successful applicant will be able to lead and inspire the team to deliver superior customer service at all times. They must also ensure waste is kept to a minimum during beverage production.
