We are now looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the #MPeople team!
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure the smooth and efficient management of the assigned Food & Beverage outlets.
* Assist other Food & Beverage outlets when required.
* Manage reservations for the assigned Food & Beverage outlets and liaise with all relevant departments regarding special requests.
* Ensure the hotel achieves the highest standards of luxury and those are consistently delivered to our guests.
* Carry out departmental audits to ensure consistency by all team members.
* Communicate the Hotel's Vision & Mission, and Values to the team and integrate into daily activities.
* Maintain cleanliness and good condition of service areas (both front & back of house).
* Control ambience in departments (lights, music, temperature).
* Report defective materials and equipment to the appropriate departments.
* Implement new initiatives within the agreed time frame.
* Set and achieve personal objectives annually.
* Attend meetings as required and ensure management presence during peak service times.
* Maintain a high level of security throughout the hotel.
