1. Serve as a senior maintenance team member responsible for coordinating and supervising the day-to-day operations of the maintenance crew.

2. Supervise internal personnel, subcontractors, and liaise with the operations team on logistics to ensure the smooth delivery of services across all client sites.

3. Conduct hands-on maintenance work, interact with clients, onboard new maintenance team staff, and provide additional training as required.

4. Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure necessary training and support are provided to the maintenance team, focusing particularly on practical maintenance skills.

* Collaborate with the Operations team to maintain an up-to-date maintenance schedule ensuring effective coverage across all client sites.
">
* Guarantee adequate cover for client sites when assigned staff are on leave or unavailable.
">
* Visit client sites, communicate and meet with clients to ensure quality standards and expectations are met.
">
