We are seeking applications for a Senior Executive Assistant who will play a central role in supporting the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the Systems Biology Ireland (SBI) Centre at UCD.
This includes providing high-level administrative support across a range of functional areas including finance, HR, facilities, programme management, event coordination, scheduling, and reporting.
The postholder will also support a cross-functional team, including a Centre Director, Deputy Director, Centre Manager, Grants Manager, Senior Programme Manager, Communications Manager and multiple EPE personnel, professional research support staff and investigators.
95 Senior Executive Assistant_2010 (0123_X) Salary Scale: €46,703 - €56,831 Per Annum Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines.
