T24 Technical Consultant (Temenos Transact) Location: (Dublin / Hybrid) Contract RoleWe are seeking an experienced T24 Technical Consultant to play a critical role in a major core banking transformation programme.This is a senior-level role focused on owning and driving complex functional design decisions across corporate, bilateral and syndicated lending. You will operate at the intersection of Credit, Accounts, Customer, Payments and Data domains, bringing clarity and closure to high-impact design topics with regulatory, accounting and operational implications.Role PurposeThis role is responsible for leading and concluding complex cross-domain functional design decisions as part of a large-scale transformation to Temenos Transact. You will ensure structured, well-governed design outcomes where multiple domains intersect, particularly within corporate and syndicated lending.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the functional design for corporate and syndicated lending products within Transact.Lead and conclude decisions relating to:Company and book structuresJurisdictional separation (ROI, UK, NI, US)Legal-entity modellingAct as the primary integration point across Credit, Accounts, Customer, Payments and downstream systems.Produce clear, concise design and governance papers for Design Authority and senior stakeholder forums.Engage directly with Temenos product and architecture teams, reviewing and closing BRDs and functional use cases.Use data analysis and structured impact assessments to support and defend design decisions.Act as a senior escalation point where delivery is blocked due to ambiguity, cross-domain conflict or legacy constraints.Required ExperienceStrong experience working with core banking platforms, ideally within corporate or syndicated lending.Deep knowledge of Temenos Transact (T24).Proven track record of owning and driving complex functional design decisions - not simply documenting requirements.Experience working across both business and technology domains.Strong understanding of lending products, accounting structures and regulatory considerations.Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity environments with legacy systems and regulatory constraintsAbout Korn Ferry Korn Ferry unleashes potential in people, teams, and organizations.
