The Recruitment Bureau is seeking a skilled Medical Customer Services Administrator to join our dynamic team.
This role involves working full-time in a busy environment, requiring contract staff to work Night Duty shifts.
As a Medical Customer Services Administrator, you will be responsible for answering phones and recording vital information onto the database. Additionally, you will liaise with internal & external services.
Excellent MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, are essential for performing duties efficiently.
Leaving Certificate Examination or equivalent qualifications are required. In-house training will be provided, although a Medical Certificate is an advantage.
The position is onsite and includes on-site parking. Immediate availability or 1 week's notice is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering phones and recording information onto the database
* Liaising with internal & external services
* Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite for efficient performance of duties
Required Skills and Qualifications:
