Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Oversee the AR team, allocate workload, conduct team meetings and provide guidance and support. Oversee bank reconciliation process, review reconciliations completed by the team. Review credit applications, manage customer accounts, monitor overdue accounts, and ensure effective follow-up strategies. Analysis Aged Debtors reports, implement strategies to improve productivity and accuracy and enforce AR policies. Coordinate with internal and external business partners, provide reports to management and act as a point of contact for escalated issues. Provide training and coaching to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively. Manage issues and provide feedback to team members. Proven ability to lead, motivate and manage a team. Stronganalytical skills to identify issues and develop solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with team members, customers, management and other departments. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
